The people of Hallein know how to celebrate carnival. This was seen in the old town on Tuesday.
Things got really colorful in Hallein’s old town on Shrove Tuesday. This was ensured by a large supporting program from the tourism association including a parade, doughnuts, photo bus and children’s program. From 10 a.m. there was a program at the Lower Market. Everyone who came masked received a free donut. The parade through the old town started at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
