At its conference in Lausanne, the IBSF World Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation decided to exclude Russian athletes from competition. The association announced this on Friday. Congress delegates voted to ban all athletes of the Bobsleigh Federation of Russia (BFR) and those otherwise affiliated with the BFR from participating in the bobsleigh and skeleton competitions of the BFR until further notice to exclude IBSF,” it said.
