The Rapid Rescue and Civil Protection forces managed to recover the body of a woman named, Nawal Muhammad Zain al-Din, from the bottom of the rubble of the collapsed house in the Qulta area in the western district of the city. The inspection and examination revealed the collapse of a 5-storey house in the Qalta area, along with the Sharia Association, which is inhabited.

And the security services imposed a security cordon around the area, and the district presidency of the western city of Assiut separated the electricity and gas from the area, and the civil protection and rescue forces were able to pull a girl alive from the bottom of the rubble, and the forces continue to remove the rubble and search for other residents of the property..

The Civil Protection and Land Rescue Forces used rapid rescue equipment in the Assiut and Al-Fatah centers to help remove the rubble of the collapsed house and search for survivors in the Qulta area in the western Assiut district.
