Frederik Vandepitte will become CEO of the Cera cooperative from February 1, 2024, this major shareholder of the KBC group announced on Friday.
He succeeds Franky Depickere, who has led the group since 2006. Mr. Depickere will remain part-time managing director until the end of April 2026 and will continue to fulfill his mandates and missions within the KBC/CBC group on behalf of Cera, specifies the group in a press release.
Cera has some 400,000 cooperators.
