A chilling confession is the one that was revealed by a former friend of the main suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCannwho was last seen in Portugal in 2007.

It should be noted that after years of investigation, currently the number one suspect in the disappearance of the British minor is the German Christian Brueckner.

Now, a former friend of Brueckner’s turned up, Helge Buschingwho has already given his testimony to the police, and told his story to the German newspaper Bild.

Busching was a friend of the suspect for the years in which Madeleine disappeared, but after learning chilling details about the life of his then close friend, he decided to cut off his relationship with him.

“The first impression was that he was a nice, friendly and sociable guy“, revealed.

“At first I thought it was a feature film. It showed someone whipping the woman. She was tied up, lying on the bed and must have been 70 or 80 years old. She was wearing painted goggles and she couldn’t see. She spoke English and was yelling, ‘You bloody bastard!’.

“At the end of the video he sat up in bed and lowered his mask. Then I saw that it was Christian Brueckner. I could not believe it”.

Then, he saw other videos in which there was an elderly woman with a minor (about 13 years old, according to his perception).

“She was tied naked to a beam. (Brueckner) sat behind her on the couch and made fun of her. ‘This borders on rape,’ she said, and he just said, ‘Shut up.‘” Brueckner’s former friend recounted.

“That’s when I knew what kind of guy he was.”said Helge, who realized that his then friend was not only a thief like him, but a sexual abuser.

Helge decided to tell a well-known German policeman what was going on, but he told him to keep his “hands off this”.

In 2008, one year after the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, Helge met his former friend, Christian Brueckner.

“He asked me, ‘Are you no longer going to Portugal or doing business there?’.

“No I said no. Since the girl disappeared there, there have been too many police checks for me and I don’t need that at all. I don’t understand how the little girl could have disappeared without a trace.‘”.

Suddenly, his former friend said three words that chilled Helge: “she didn’t scream“.

“Immediately, I thought that he knew, that he had something to do with it. He knew his background from the video. I got very bad. He also checked that I had understood him and he left at night “Helge recounted.

Helge Busching called Scotland Yard (London’s Metropolitan Police), claiming to have important information about Madeleine’s disappearance, but they did not call him back.

Finally, in 2017 he decided to call Scotland Yard again: “This time they listened to me“, said.

A year later, he was contacted by the German police to give his testimony in a trial in which Brueckner was accused of raping a 72-year-old American woman in 2005. Brueckner was found guilty and sentenced for that case.
