From October 23 to 27, the City Appearance Assessment Team of the Municipal Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau conducted the 43rd City Appearance Weekly Assessment this year. Tongguan District won the first place, and Ngee Ann District, Suburban District, and Songyang County ranked second to fourth. This time is a “look back” assessment on the rectification of problems discovered in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th period assessments this year.
The assessment found that Tongguan District’s rectification efforts have been significantly strengthened, Ngee’an District’s rectification situation is better, and Songyang County’s rectification results are poor.
Prominent problems discovered during the assessment: Songyang County’s rectification results this week were poor, mostly related to the improvement of refined city appearance management. For example, in terms of management of primary and secondary arterial roads, the cleaning of Jinshan Avenue was not in place, the garbage scattered along the line was not cleaned in place, and there were too many cigarette butts and gravels. There is a lot of rubble, and the dust accumulated in the slow lane is not washed properly; in terms of community management, for example, the accumulated garbage in the urban Huating bushes is not cleared properly, and there are random hanging, drying, and piled debris in the Hexiang Garden, SDIC·Central City 1 There is a lot of garbage scattered on the south side of Building 2 and Building 2, and there is a large area of debris behind the outlying branch building.
