The Confederation Office deplored the non-materialization of the commitments of the government and employers made with the workers’ organizations of local authorities, public health establishments, the primary sector, national education, banks and financial establishments, justice , etc., which has the consequences of warming the social climate with the resumption of strike movements. The Confederal Office denounced the increase in the cost of living through the unilateral increase in the prices of basic necessities and current consumer products, rent and was outraged by the precariousness of jobs, the increase in the rate unemployment especially among young people and the deterioration of the social climate in the country, adds the note.

Analyzing the national political context, the Confederal Office very strongly disapproved of the postponement of the date of the presidential election unilaterally on the eve of the start of the electoral campaign, without prior consultation with political actors and all the active forces. of the nation. The Confederal Office invited the President of the Republic to favor inclusive dialogue, consultation and transparency with all stakeholders for a way out of the political crisis in order to guarantee democracy and respect for the laws and regulations in force in the country. . The Confederal Office launched an appeal to the entire political class and all the active forces of the nation to ease the political climate in order to ensure peace and stability in our country and thus contribute to the performance and the competitiveness of businesses.
