After more than a year of their separation, the court has finally decided to divorce Kanye West and Kim Kardashian officially.
In the details, Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge Steve Cochran ruled that star Kim Kardashian officially and legally separated from rapper Kanye West.
Under this court ruling, the reality TV star will no longer be known as “Kim Kardashian West”, but will only use her family’s famous nickname “Kardashian” from now on.
Kim appeared in that session, via video conferencing, as she was sitting in an apparently small room, and appeared happy despite the sensitivity of the issue considered by the court.
The judge asked Kardashian several questions during the hearing after he asked her to swear before responding, and when he asked her if she wanted to change her name again, she answered him without hesitation by saying “Yes.” She also replied “Yes” when he asked if there had been a breakdown in her marriage to West.
A source close to the reality TV star revealed in this regard that after the judge asked all the questions and told him that Kardashian had now recovered the “single” status again, she seemed relieved and smiled.
