The court of Ukraine allowed the arrest of the head of the political council of the Opposition Platform – For Life party Viktor Medvedchuk. This was reported by the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation on Facebook.
“The court allowed Medvedchuk’s arrest,” the report says.
Earlier Ukrainian media reported that Medvedchuk violated the house arrest regime and left his home in an unknown direction. At the same time, the Kiev security forces express their intention to find out which of the judges could decide to remove the bracelet from the arrested person and give him the opportunity to escape.
Also recently Medvedchuk’s yacht Royal Romance was arrested in Croatia.
