The Courts of Auditors intensify the sharing of experiences

The Courts of Auditors of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania signed, on Friday in Rabat, a memorandum of understanding covering various areas of cooperation and aimed at intensifying the sharing of experiences.

Initialed by Zineb El Adaoui, First President of the Court of Auditors and Hamid Ould Ahmed Taleb, President of the Court of Auditors of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, this agreement aims to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the two institutions.

In a speech delivered on this occasion, Zineb El Adaoui highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation with the Mauritanian Court of Auditors in various fields.

In addition to the strong fraternal relations between the heads of the two institutions, the Court of Auditors receives members of the Court of Auditors of Mauritania and ensures that they are offered training courses in the field at the national and regional levels, she noted. .

For Zineb El Adaoui, this memorandum of understanding will further consolidate the sharing of experiences in various fields, including control methodology and the strengthening of professional skills, in addition to promoting the exchange of working tools, its rules and methodologies in addition to the holding consultation meetings and carrying out joint research, conferences, congresses and technical and scientific meetings.

For his part, Ould Ahmed Taleb welcomed, in a statement to the press, the signing of this memorandum of understanding, “which will further strengthen cooperation between the two institutions”.

This memorandum of understanding generally frames the cooperation between the two courts of auditors, he noted, stressing that it encompasses various areas including training, exchange and sharing of experiences.

The Court of Auditors of the Kingdom has intensified, in recent years, its relations of cooperation with several foreign financial control institutions, in particular those of African countries, with the objective of exchanging information, experiences and expertise, organization of visits or seminars, dispatch of experts and reception or training of magistrates.
