The architectural studies and the monitoring of the construction works of the building, with an area of 8,205 m², should cost 5 MDH.
The future sports complex will consist of a sports hall (400 m²) and of two nearby pitches synthetic turf, with a size of 30 x 45 m² each. It will also feature basketball courts (28 x 15 m²), de volley-ball (18 x 9 m²) and tennis (24 x 9 m²).
Changing rooms (40 m²) and showers (40 m²) will also be made available to practitioners, in addition green spaces and parking around the building. The tenderer must propose the best layout capable ofoptimize the use of the available surface.
It will also be ensure excellent functionality of the premises composing this project, through which the municipality of Casablanca aims to encourage the practice of sports activities in the district of Sbata.
