The last two dates of the South American Qualifiers will be played simultaneouslyproduct of the narrow definition to qualify for the Qatar 2022 World Cup. The Chilean team will face Brazil as a visitor on March 24 and Uruguay at home on March 29.
Through a letter sent by FIFA and published by the Peruvian team, through its Twitter account, it was reported that the vast majority of the commitments (including those of La Roja) will take place on both days mentioned at 8:30 p.m. (11:30 p.m. GMT).
The only exceptions will be the commitments to be played by Argentina against Venezuela and Bolivia against Brazil, since they are teams that are classified to Qatar or eliminated.
The Red needs to add, at least, three points and depends on other results to get into the playoffs or directly into the planetary event. Four points improves the scenario of those led by Martín Lasarte and six leaves it almost assured in one of the two objectives.
In addition, the Chilean Federation is evaluating San Carlos de Apoquindo, Calama and Concepción as venues for the decisive duel against Uruguay, according to the Al Aire Libre journalist, Sebastián Esnaola.
The two dates are played simultaneously, except for Argentina-Venezuela (17) and Brazil-Bolivia (18) that could have a deferred schedule, since there is nothing at stake.
