The elected mayor Walter Cortés will take office on December 8 in the Municipality of Bariloche, after the tight electoral victory in September and with the first names known from your team A cabinet of loyalists is emerging as well as external help, provided by leaders of Together We Are Río Negro.
There is no formal agreement nor a very close link between Cortés and the elected governor Alberto Weretilneck, at least that is what the unionist indicates, who acknowledged a few days ago that he only met once in Buenos Aires, in the Senate office, and then had a telephone conversation with the leader of JSRN. Even so, it is known that the future mayor analyzes adding leaders contributed by the provincial party to its team.
For now, the reference designated by Cortés for the municipal transition is the lawyer Martin Dominguez, who belongs to his close circle. It was with the lawyer and his historical collaborator Carlos Criadowith whom he went to the office of Mayor Gustavo Gennuso last week.
The transition meetings by areas have been held for a month and thus some leaders entrusted by the future mayor for various tasks parade through the corridors of the Civic Center, although Cortés prefers not to confirm his cabinet, which he will make known closer to his inauguration.

From the provincial government sector, Cortés would also add another official, the current Labor delegate, Yanina Sánchez, who could lead the Legal Counsel of the future municipal government.
The Juntos representatives join leaders loyal to Cortés who come from his inner circle or who have been linked through the commercial union. Thus, the neighborhood leader and businessman will have Sergio Herrero, the Ministry of Tourism; the peronist Tatiana Aguilar will go to Human Resources or Public Management; and the Social Development area is reserved for a trusted man linked to the union.
While the profile of the future government is being outlined, the Municipal Electoral Board is preparing the official diploma ceremony that will take place on November 23 at 11 a.m. in the Session Room of the Deliberative Council. It will be a protocol act to deliver the formal distinctions to the 29 elected authorities, including Cortés, the 11 regular councilors and their substitutes, and the 3 members of the Comptroller Court, with their respective substitutes.
In the elections of September 3, a diverse Deliberator was defined who will be chaired by the PUL, with Gerardo Del Rio to the head; and made up of the JSRN blocks, Including Bariloche, Nos Une Río Negro, Together for Change and Primero Río Negro, the last three will be single-person.
