Today, Saturday, the father of Nourhan Khalil, who is accused of killing her mother, Mrs. Dalia Al-Hoshi, inside her home in the Fayrouz neighborhood in Port Fouad, Port Said Governorate, with the help of her neighbor, the “lover child”, submitted a request to waive the civil right before the Port Said Criminal Court before the sentencing session for his daughter.
The Counselor, the Public Prosecutor, “Nourhan Khalil,” referred a student at the Faculty of Arts, Port Said University, to the Criminal Court, and also referred a child named “Hussein” – her neighbor – whose age did not exceed 15 years, to the competent Child Court, accusing them of committing the premeditated murder of the accused’s mother.
The Port Said Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Mr. Abdel Aziz, and the membership of the counselors: Ahmed Ali Genena, Emad Abu Al-Hassan Abdullah, and Ashraf Obaid Ali, set a session today, Saturday, February 18, to pronounce the verdict in the case of her mother’s murderer in Port Said, after she referred the case papers to Fadila The Mufti, while the Juvenile Criminal Court decided to punish the child by placing him in a punitive institution, “care homes”.
