The guests enjoyed the Bulgarian film “The Art of Falling”, which a few days ago won the Audience Award at the festival in the capital. The film is the debut of the director with Burgas roots, Orlin Milchev. The festival program includes 22 full-length and 14 short films, as well as one adapted for people with vision problems. The accompanying program also includes the holding of a “Cinema Class” led by director Nadezhda Koseva, a presentation of Prof. Georgi Dylgerov’s book “Biography of My Films – Part II”, as well as literary readings by the winners of the national literary competition “The Sea” over the years . Meetings with some of the film authors are also planned. “Of course, I can’t help but mention the names of the people with whom we started the festival in Burgas so many years ago – his soul Yordanka Ingilizova and her husband Georgi Ingilizov, who unfortunately are no longer among us, but their work is worthily continued by their daughters – Alexandra and Kristina Ingilizov”, Prof. Dyulgerov also noted. He also recalled that this year, as is tradition, the audience will have the opportunity to vote for the films after each screening and thus become an accomplice in determining the winner of the Audience Award. He will receive one of the two “Silver Seagull” statuettes, the work of the sculptor Nikola Stanchev.
