Al-Marsad Newspaper: Saudi Airlines commented on the strange path that a plane took during the travel of the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif Al Al-Sheikh, to Jakarta, and the flight was delayed by two hours in Jeddah.
And the company stated, in a tweet to it on Twitter, “Our dear guest, Dr. Abdul Latif, we regret your inconvenience and your exposure to an uncomfortable situation.”
And he continued: “We hope that you will provide us with the details of your observations via the feedback form bit.ly/2XC9ZhJ,” adding: “Please provide us with the complaint number via private message so that we can follow up on the complaint.”
It is worth noting that the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif Al Al-Sheikh, said: “I booked on Saudi Airlines to travel to Jakarta, and the flight path is strange, Riyadh, Jeddah, Jakarta, then the flight is two hours late from the take-off time in Jeddah,” explaining: “When the plane boarded, we were surprised. We will go to Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, and that was not in the flight schedule when booking, then Jakarta,” commenting: “Who is responsible for disturbing the traveling passengers.”
