The first free game from April PlayStation Plus selection became available to subscribers of the service ahead of time — this SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated for PlayStation 4, which can also be played on PlayStation 5.

Other Free April Games for PS Plus Members — Hood: Outlaws and Legends (PS4, PS5) and Slay The Spire (PS4) – will be available for download on April 5th.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated – adventure remake SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom set in the SpongeBob SquarePants universe. In the story, players will take on the roles of SpongeBob, Patrick and Sandy, using their unique skills to stop the evil plan of Plankton and his army of crazy robots to seize control of the underwater city of Bikini Bottom.
The remake features updated graphics, a new two-player mode, and additional content.
Earlier this week it was reported that PS Plus is fully operational again in Russia. Russian owners of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 can download games for free by subscription.
