It was the darling of the Michelin 2020 ceremony this fall: Zineb “Zizi” Hattab, unknown in French-speaking Switzerland, won the first vegan star in the country with her restaurant KLE, which opened in early 2020 in Zurich. The former computer programmer of Spanish-Moroccan origin, who worked for Caminada and Cosme in New York, has since opened a new vegan address, the Dar. During our visit, it was Alessandro Scaccia, the second, who was in the kitchen.
