Towards a ranking of the survey

The public prosecutor of Albertville delivered the first results of the investigation on Thursday. According to the prosecution, no responsibility would be engaged. Neither on the side of the victim nor on the side of the skier involved: “In view of the first elements, it was not noted excessive speed, inappropriate behavior or fault of one of the two skiers. AT a priori, the prosecution seems to be heading towards a classification of the investigation in the coming days, once all the elements have been gathered.

The other skier involved, of Lithuanian origin, was equipped with a helmet at the time of the collision. The victim was not. “If Mr. Ulliel had worn a helmet, would that have saved his life? I absolutely cannot say that.” declared to Dauphiné liberated the prosecutor Anne Gaches, who specified that no autopsy would be carried out on the body of the victim.
