And a statement by the governor’s office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that “the governor of Najaf, the honorable Majid Al-Waeli, signs the administrative orders to install the contractors on the permanent owners of the departments of the governorate office, the reconstruction authority, the education directorate, the water directorate, the sewage directorate, and the agricultural directorate.” The Department of Labor and Vocational Training, the Directorate of Roads and Bridges, and the municipal institutions of the districts, sub-districts and the center.
