The guy who sent a kind message from the times he invited strangers to eat

Through videos inviting strangers to eat, Mai Quang Khanh conveys kind and positive messages to viewers.

Choose a profession to laugh comfortably

Mai Quang Khanh (27 years old, Da Nang City) claims to have a “crazy” substance in her. Because in September 2022, Khanh decided to give up a stable job to become a content creator on the TikTok platform.

The reason Khanh pursues content creation on social networks is also strange. This guy wants to develop his strong point of being a sunny smile, transmitting positive energy to young people.

Before that, Khanh worked in logistics sales (sales, sales of logistics products and services). When the salary ranged from 12-15 million VND/month, this guy decided to change jobs.

“Actually, when I resigned, it was a favorable time for my work, with many great partners. However, I want to build a personal brand and meaningful content on the TikTok platform,” Khanh shared.

To start a new journey, the Da Nang guy thought for 2 months and prepared about 4 months of backup salary.

When working as a freelancer, Khanh has to manage his personal time by himself. At first, Khanh did not apply discipline, so he did not use time effectively.

At one point, the Da Nang guy was frustrated and embarrassed when the video didn’t have many views.

Khanh said: “All October 2022, I woke up at 11am. I am only inspired to work at night. Because I don’t know how to manage time, I like to sleep, I sleep, I like to work, so I don’t have the energy to work.”

Realizing the inadequacy, the Da Nang guy tries to adjust his working and resting time more reasonably. As a result, the income from the TikTok channel also increases month by month.

If in September 2022, Khanh only received 500,000 VND, then in October and November 2022, his income was 4 and 6 million VND respectively.

Send a kind message to young people

Entering a new field, Khanh admitted that he was also confused, finding it difficult to identify content that was both attractive to viewers and meaningful. Therefore, Khanh was discouraged and took a month off from work.

Video views are insignificant, no one even watched, making Khanh embarrassed. The guy chose to hide nearly 30 videos that he himself felt bad about. Determined to do it again, Khanh learns more channels, learns from experience and listens to viewers’ suggestions.

From the place of fear, many guests quickly got along with Khanh.

Since then, Khanh’s channel has received more attention from viewers. Currently, the channel has more than 65,000 followers.

Recently, Khanh’s Tiktok channel posted a series of videos inviting strangers to eat for free. These themed videos are interested and loved by the online community.

Khanh said: “On a weekend, I felt lonely, so I took a motorbike to walk around the streets. When I passed a lady picking up bottles, I was going to give her some money and then I left. However, I felt hungry, so I invited her to eat with me.

At first, she was afraid, afraid that I would cheat, so she did not dare to go. I persuaded her many times, she nodded in agreement. From here, my series of videos inviting strangers to eat for free was born.

Lan is the character that Khanh is most impressed with.

Many people agreed to eat together, but Khanh also met many “strangers” who flatly refused. Some people politely refused, others dismissed, doubting the boy’s kindness.

“Rich people or poor people, they all have self-respect inside, it’s not like I take them out to eat and then say whatever they want. Every video I post on social networks must have the consent of the character,” Khanh shared.

Among the guests, Khanh was most impressed with Ms. Lan. When eating together, Khanh heard her say that someone had snatched a lottery ticket, leading to a serious injury. At the age of 82, she still runs a motorbike and makes a living selling lottery tickets.

This young man has learned a lot of positive stories from Mrs. Lan. In particular, the fact that she is providing money for her two grandchildren to go to college makes Khanh very emotional.

Unlike channels with bad and toxic content, Khanh wants to develop a personal brand on social networks in a kind way. Khanh hopes that through everyday stories, young people will learn many meaningful lessons.

“Dirty content will not last long, only good stories will be accepted. In the near future, I will make a video about young people living away from home, living actively. Through it, I introduce about the cuisine, tourism, and people of the Central region”, Khanh shared excitedly.
