We didn’t expect less and yet we weren’t disappointed. The Kings version of “I didn’t expect anything and I’m still disappointed”, the basketball version of “how to be just happy on your sofa at 5 in the morning”.
Sacramento was adorned with its most beautiful purple last night, to honor its appointment with the Playoffs. The city has been waiting for this for 17 years, and let’s say that the Californian franchise will have put the dishes in the big ones for this reunion. On the field first, with an incredible victory acquired in part thanks to a phenomenal De’Aaron Fox for his first game in the Playoffs in his career, but also outside, with a special atmosphere that took hold of the surroundings of the Golden 1 Center, then spans of the room before, during and after the match. Former members of the band who pass by to breathe the atmosphere of the Playoffs again, the friends of Kings France who live their best life, a legendary Light The Beam… come on, a little throwback in pictures, we are still all about it.
