The listing of “ADNOC Gas” in the Abu Dhabi market, on the 13th of this month

ADNOC Gas PLC offered 3,837,571,100 ordinary shares; This is equivalent to about 5% of the company’s total issued capital.

Assuming that all shares in the offering are sold, this means that the value of the offering will be approximately from $2.4 billion to $2.5 billion (8.6 billion dirhams to 9.3 billion dirhams).
