(PLO)- A man in Thanh Hoa used a plastic can containing 10 liters of gasoline to water around his room before going to bed to set himself on fire.
On the evening of February 21, the People’s Committee of Ham Rong ward, Thanh Hoa city said that a man had set fire to himself and died in the area.
Accordingly, at noon on the same day, the unit received news that in the ancient village of Dong Son, Ham Rong ward there was a loud explosion and smoke came out behind the house of a local resident.
Immediately after receiving information from the people, Ham Rong ward police and firefighting forces were quickly present at the scene to fight the fire and break the door to save people.
After that, the police force approached the first floor bedroom with fire and smoke coming out. The working group used a manual fire extinguisher to put out the fire and discovered that there was a burned body inside the room. The burned body was identified as Mr. LPT (51 years old).

According to the People’s Committee of Ham Rong ward, initially, through information from the victim’s family, Mr. T had no conflicts in society and did not owe anyone anything. The cause of the tragic suicide may be depression.
Previously, the victim had broadcast live on Facebook recording the scene using a plastic can containing 10 liters of gasoline to water around the room and blanket, then the victim went to bed and covered himself with a blanket.
Currently, the case is being coordinated by Thanh Hoa City Police to investigate the cause of the above suicide.
