Having an association of artists and people passionate about graphic arts and painting in a rural town is an incredible wealth.
In this, the Maresque workshops have been striving, since 2013, when the association was taken over by the late Jean Gautron, to organize work sessions, first of all with the help of Martine Flahault and her collages and where, since then, we discuss the use of oil and inks once a month in free workshops.
The watercolors are the result of exercises worked in three modules where the group was able to sharpen its creativity around two themes “before / after” and “music”.
Fans have also had the chance during recent sessions to be introduced to the “pouring” technique by Sylvie Despoix.
