“We haven’t issued all the summons, we still have a lot of them, but so far we have suspended it, because the units are overcrowded,” they said in the Oktyabrsky military registration and enlistment office. – As soon as they give us the go-ahead, we are ready at any moment to start issuing them again and resume the call. But when that will be, we don’t know.
