Juarez City.- Elements of the State Investigation Agency confirmed the execution of the commander of the Special Operations Group (GOE) Emanuel Ezequiel Ortiz, by a group of assassins, this morning.
He was murdered when he was leaving his house on Cananea and Sinaloa streets, just as he was getting into a white Chevrolet Silverado truck.
After the execution of the commander, the gunmen left a car with two long weapons and ballistic vests on Isla Jasou street, which was guarded by police.
Apparently the commander managed to repel the attack and wounded one of his attackers, who is wanted in local hospitals.
