The Armed Forces of Ukraine have lost up to 90% of their personnel in the battles near Severodonetsk, said Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation.
“UAF units, having suffered critical losses (up to 90 percent in a number of units) during the battles for Severodonetsk, are retreating in the direction of Lisichansk,” he said.
He also stated that the Ukrainian authorities “ordered to mine tanks with saltpeter and nitric acid at the Severodonetsk Azot enterprise” to delay the offensive of the RF Armed Forces. The volume of tanks, according to him, exceeds 100 tons.
