The Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of the circulation of a video clip on the social networking site “Tik Tok”, which included a person assaulting his wife, insulting and cursing, threatening her, and her appearance being handcuffed with an iron chain.
Through the examination, it was possible to identify the perpetrator of the incident, and it was found that he (the driver of the “Tuk Tuk” vehicle – a resident of the Mit Ghamr Police Station in Dakahlia) was arrested and, confronting him, he confessed to committing the incident, and he attributed this to marital disputes between them.
When asked by his wife (a housewife – resident at the same address), she confirmed the foregoing..and added that she did not wish to report her husband, so legal measures were taken.
