Tied with a chain, without food or water. This is how a dog was found yesterday that it had been abandoned and that it was rescued in the northern area, a few meters from Route 6, in Roca.
A person who was walking with his dog and his brothers saw the cruel scene.
The animal looked somewhat upset and had apparently suffered from the wind storm, in that place, outdoors.
This neighbor gave notice to the protectionist group called Huellas Callejeras and also to the Roca Thermoelectric Plant, located in the area, so that they could call the police authorities.
