Turnout in the second round of the presidential election stood at 5:00 p.m. in mainland France at 63.23%, down more than two points compared to 2017 (65.30%), on the occasion of the same duel between Emmanuel Macron and Marine Le Pen, the Interior Ministry announced on Sunday.
This figure also marks a decline of almost two points compared to the first round (65.00%) on April 10.
