The Ministry of Public Health announced, in its daily report, that “6643 new cases of the new “Corona” virus (Covid 19) were registered yesterday, bringing the cumulative number of infections since February 21, 2020, to 840514.”
She explained that “6454 injuries were recorded among residents and 189 cases among expats,” noting that “17 new deaths were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 9,429.” She stated that “the number of hospitalizations yesterday is 703, including 362 in intensive care.”
And the ministry had stated in its report yesterday, that “the number of hospitalizations yesterday is 711, of whom 368 are in intensive care.”
