In this sense, the municipal Undersecretary of Tourism carries out the task of notifying the owners of Tourist Rental Houses and Apartments with the objective of invite them to make the units official, seeking joint work and an expansion of the official offer.
The formalization of the accommodation offer brings multiple benefits, both for the owner and the user of the service, from promotion, facilitating contact with potential clients through multiple sales channels, communication channels which are monitored 7 days a week and have personalized responses and no intermediation commission.
From the client side, The benefits are related to the safety and habitability of the units, as well as the ease of having a secure, official and alternative platform to rental applications, reducing the risk of scams due to phantom rentals.
