The goal of the project is to attract good students to participate, create a source of good high school teachers for schools, and meet the requirements of improving the quality of teaching and learning of high schools in the 2018-2030 period.
There are 4 majors opened and trained, including: Pedagogy of mathematics, physics, philology and history. The admission condition is that the candidate has a total score of 24 or more in the national high school exam in 3 subjects in the selection group; 3 years academic performance in high school is good or higher.
Enrollment results in the period 2018-2022 have a total of 239 students in 4 majors. In which, there is a physics pedagogy that has not been able to recruit any students for many years.
According to the report of Hong Duc University, each semester, 100% of students achieve excellent results, and their training scores are from Good. There were 13 students participating and winning prizes at the national Olympic competition in 2022; 4 students majoring in history received the Dinh Xuan Lam history prize.
The 2018-2022 course has had 22 graduates, including 11 students with excellent grades, 11 graduates with excellent grades.

However, up to this point, most of the students who have graduated have not yet got out.
From 2023, Hong Duc University will stop recruiting high-quality majors according to the above scheme.
