Financing secured until 2028 through a federal-state agreement, following which allocation to financial equalization negotiations / comprehensive implementation is expected to be achieved in 2034/35
Vienna (OTS) – Yesterday’s federal-state summit in the Vienna House of Sports ended with good news for children, young people, parents, sports clubs and the Austrian health system: Sports Minister Werner Kogler, Education Minister Martin Polaschek, Health Minister Johannes Rauch, representatives the Federal Ministry of Finance, sports regional councilors as well as Sport Austria President and host Hans Niessl agreed on the project Daily exercise unit for children and young people in compulsory schools and kindergartens to be expanded across the board by the 2034/35 school year.
