Pertamina Patra Niaga provides MyPertamina Veranda in six Rest Areas along the Trans Java Toll Road. The six facilities are located at Rest Area KM 43 A, Rest Area KM 57 A, Rest Area KM 260 B, Rest Area KM 379 A, Rest Area Mojokerto-Surabaya Toll 725 A, and Rest Area Toll Pandaan-Malang 66A

The presence of Serambi MyPertamina was also appreciated by the public. One of them is Chandra. The homecomer who departed from Depok for Cilacap, Central Java, admitted that he was satisfied with the facilities provided by Pertamina.

Not only does it have a comfortable resting place, according to him, Serambi MyPertamina also provides clean toilets and prayer rooms.

“Here the facilities are complete, there are lots of places to eat, there are lots of clean toilets too,” explained Chandra.

Apart from that, the MyPertamina Veranda also provides WiFi, a playground for children, as well as health services for blood pressure and blood tests. Massage chairs are also provided for travelers who are tired.

Apart from the MyPertamina Veranda, travelers are also satisfied with the modular services at Pertamina gas stations. As is known, Pertamina provides two modular types of Pertamax fuel which can be used as queue breakers if there is a buildup at the Rest Area gas station.

“I stopped at Rest Area KM 57 because I came straight from the MBZ toll road to fill up with petrol. “Modular services really help with long queues,” said Farizi, a modular user.

Farizi admitted that he was satisfied with Pertamina’s service, especially since the presence of modular can make it easier for travelers to fill up with petrol.

Another homecoming, Dita, admitted that she was happy with the services provided by Pertamina to make it easier for residents who were on their way to their hometowns.

He hopes that Serambi MyPertamina and similar breakthrough programs will continue to exist every homecoming season. He also wants in the future the facilities to be improved and wider.

“The hope is that every year there will be, and the time will be extended because going home will not only be for a few days. So it continues until after Eid. “My input is for the MyPertamina Veranda, next year the space will be even wider because there will be more and more travelers, especially approaching Eid,” he said.
