Today, Monday in Rabat, Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch held bilateral discussions with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom Belgium، Alexandre De Croo, who is on a working visit to Morocco, within the framework of the third session of the Mixed Higher Committee of the Moroccan-Belgian Partnership.

During these discussions, which were attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Mr. Nasser Bourita, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs, Foreign Trade and Federal Cultural Institutions of the Kingdom of Belgium, Ms. Hajjah Lahbib, the two sides expressed their satisfaction with the strength of bilateral relations between the two countries and the qualitative development. Which it has witnessed in recent years, with the aim of establishing a strategic partnership that responds to the aspirations of the two kingdoms, under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God grant him victory, and His Majesty King Philippe.

The two parties discussed ways to strengthen the partnership between Rabat and Brussels, and work to give it a renewed breath, living up to the distinguished historical bonds of friendship, and exploiting the important opportunities and capabilities that the two countries enjoy.

The discussions represented an opportunity to recall the joint declaration adopted in Rabat in October 2022, and to reaffirm the importance of holding a regular political dialogue and structuring the Belgian-Moroccan partnership in various areas of common interest.
