Exclusive translation: Kamala Harris opened a Tuesday followingnoon meeting with disability advocates by announcing her name, gender, gender identity, and what she’s wearing.
“I’m Kamala Harris, my conscience is she and she, I’m a woman sitting at the table in a blue suit,” the vice president said at the start of the meeting.
Harris’s determination of her gender sparked criticism from many Republicans, some of whom commented, “We have become the laughingstock of the world,” as Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green wrote sarcastically: I’m Marjorie Taylor Green. I am a woman. I am a mother. And I’m tired of this.”
