In this year’s comedy production, the Neue Bühne Ried turns the well-known saying “Whoever sleeps does not sin” into the opposite: “Whoever sins does not sleep” is the name of the comedy in three acts, which will be shown this Friday, April 5th, at 7 p.m premieres in the Ried music school.
The turbulent comedy of mistaken identity about two aging sisters and a mountain farm that is up to the roof in debt offers all the ingredients for an entertaining evening at the theater with bizarre characters – from the two old maids to greedy heirs to the shady village priest. The piece was directed by Veronika Peheim and Stefan Mayrhofer. During the breaks, the women’s café takes care of the physical well-being of the theater goers.
A total of eleven performances are scheduled until April 21st. Tickets are available by telephone (0660 / 511 4967) from Monday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
