The situation is complex because The businessman assured that he will not pay the compensation either, which he intends to cover only 50% of.
Now, after the expiration of the fortnights that will be given tomorrow, the workers will have to decide if they continue to wait for their dismissal telegrams or if they are the ones who send them, assuming the interruption of their tasks.
“We are accompanying and advising the workers. Once the deposits are made, we will have to see how the document letters are resolved, because if the employer does not send them, they should send them to them. After Payment of compensation would have to be made, but most likely this will reach the Court, why Matas continues refusing to assume full payment” lamented Facundo Lasalle, the local labor delegate.
