The authority stated that it is continuing the technical linking work for more real estate platforms, as obtaining the platform’s license and technical linking with it ensures its compliance with the requirements, and raises the efficiency and quality of data in the real estate sector in the Kingdom, and the reliability of advertisements, in order to link it with the national access portal.
And she indicated that the platforms that have obtained a Fal license for real estate brokerage and marketing for real estate platforms so far have included: (Aqar, Bondak, Suhail, Akan, Real Estate Gate, Wasl, Keys, Complete, Indicative, and the Dell application), noting that it requires real estate platforms that were licensed Before the entry into force of the “Real Estate Brokerage Law”, he requested a new license to obtain the license, stressing that unlicensed platforms will be seized and violated.
The authority confirmed that the requirements for obtaining a “Fal license for real estate brokerage and marketing for real estate platforms” are the same as the requirements for a Fal license for real estate brokerage and marketing, in addition to the requirements for real estate platforms, which appear during the application submission and include: linking the real estate platform electronically to the Real Estate General Authority within (five) working days From linking with the national access, and for beneficiaries (advertisers) to enter the platform through it, and to provide a page to receive complaints with a mechanism to address them, to publish the intellectual property rights policy, to publish privacy terms and conditions for using the platform, in addition to entering platform data in the request (such as: The name of the platform, the link to the platform, a copy of the hosting company, a copy of the domain registrar showing the domain owner, a copy of the source of the security certificate).
It is noteworthy that the real estate brokerage system aims to regulate real estate brokerage activity, and provide innovative and qualitative real estate services to beneficiaries.
