Ukraine announces the “liberation” of the town of Erbin
Ukrainian Interior Minister Denis Monastirsky announced that Ukrainian forces “liberated” the town of Irbin, the northwestern suburb of the capital, Kyiv, from Russian forces.
“In fact, the following is happening in parallel: the armed forces are advancing, the police are advancing, and the streets are being thoroughly combed immediately… Therefore, the town is now liberated, but the presence in it is still dangerous,” Monastirsky said in televised statements.
