Emanuel Sandoval, an enthusiastic Chilanejo driver, instilled the sport in his son Benjamín, who debuted a couple of seasons ago as the youngest driver in Chile.

Today they roar on the circuits of the Ñuble Region seeking glory and living the inexplicable experience of accelerating on four wheels.

This is what they did this weekend, when they stood on the podium after shining on the second date of the Interregional Championship held at the new “Full Terra” racetrack of the CCR Club, where drivers from Chillán, San Carlos, Linares, Yumbel, Los Angeles competed. and Pucón.

Emanuel achieved first place in the 1,600 power category and in the 2,000 freestyle. Meanwhile, his son, Benjamín, was champion in the 1,600 standard series.

“It is a great joy to be able to race with my son and get on the podium again on this new Full Terra track, which we built with the support of many people. The new racetrack is located on the way to Puente el Diablo. Sunday was a family day as many people visited us. The cars were the attraction for those who attended this new date. Entire families and the little ones were able to see the vehicles that were in the vehicle park live,” explained Emanuel Sandoval, who was also second in the 1/8 mile night test, in 1,600 cc and 2,000 cc.

Sandoval Sr. told La Discusión that they have been working with everything to continue promoting motorsports in the Ñuble Region, with previous dates in which they have had a large presence of drivers.

Motorsport leaders have worked hard on the new racetrack, which has caused a lot of talk, as it has been the scene of night races. In fact, last weekend the circuit was experienced, but two monthly night dates have been organized, with high participation of local pilots and from other communities in Chile.

The objective is to bring together nut sports lovers in a venue where events can be held at night.
