According to doctors, Thomas could not survive his injuries. However, seven months after the terrible accident in which almost his entire body burned, the young man left the Kerpape rehabilitation hospital (Morbihan) alongside Laure, the woman of his life. Thomas is this patient with an extraordinary destiny, “the burn victim saved by marine worms” about whom the media talked so much in January 2024, without ever meeting him.
