Secubear has been around since 2019 and provides advice focused on data security. The company operates from Belgium and Denmark. Now it falls into the hands of Approach, itself active since 2001 and with subsidiaries in Louvain-la-Neuve, Antwerp and Geneva in Switzerland.
Approach is directed by David Vanderoost. Today, it employs more than a hundred people and has a turnover of more than ten million euros. Following this acquisition, Jeremy Agenais, partner and consultant at Secubear, becomes sales director at Approach.
