The Spanish aeronautics group Aciturri announced on Thursday its establishment in Morocco, through the acquisition of the Moroccan company GOAM Industrie.
“Aciturri Aeroengines has formalized the acquisition of GOAM Industrie, a manufacturer of engine components located in Midpark of Casablanca, specializing in the manufacturing of turbine and aircraft engine parts,” indicates the Spanish group in a press release, published on the social network
This acquisition marks a new stage in Aciturri’s internationalization process and its objective of increasing its technological and industrial aircraft capabilities serving the main aircraft engine manufacturers, such as Safran, Rolls Royce, General Electric or Pratt & Whitney.
