The Egyptian star Hamada Helal managed to combine his success in singing and acting at the same time. And last Ramadan, he presented the series “Al-Maddah 2”, which achieved a high viewership, and in his interview with “Sawt Beirut International”, Hamada Hilal spoke about this work, and said: “My evaluation of the reactions to the series “Al-Maddah Legend of the Valley” that was shown during this year’s Ramadan season is that it It was more than wonderful, and everyone was eager to follow the episodes of the series and praised the performance of the actors in it, and its events are full of surprises, and what made me most happy is that the series topped the watch lists in most Arab countries and not only in Egypt.
And about his protection to present a second part of the work, he said: “The first part of the series revolved around the yes of “Saber Al-Maddah”, and how he took advantage of these blessings for good and evil. to enter it unwillingly.”
He continued, “The talent of the authors of the “Al-Maddah” series was a main reason for presenting a second part of it, as they succeeded in creating a new world, composing interesting stories, and introducing new elements to the work that were not available to show in the first part, such as the characters of Sahar Al-Sayegh, Kamal Abu Raya and Ahmed Abdelaziz. honorable loyalty.”
Did he regret a work of art he made in his career?
Hilal emphasized that this is an important question. Regret is a difficult feeling because in the end I made a great effort. Perhaps there are cinematic works that succeeded, but they were not up to my aspirations for them, such as the films “The Children Escaped” and “Mr. and Mrs. Owais”, although on the commercial level they achieved huge revenues, especially “The Children Escaped” because it was my second film work, which was shown in Cinemas a year after the show “Eyal Habiba”, which achieved unparalleled success in 2005.
– As for what is the new work through which he will return to the cinema, he explained: “I am seriously thinking about preparing for the second part of the movie “The Dream of Life”, which I presented for the first time 13 years ago, but the film requires effort and new, different and distinctive ideas that interest the audience. to follow up.”
– What about singing? He said: “I have presented several songs in the series” Al-Maddah”, including those that are ready to be released or are still being prepared, and in the coming period I will finish implementing them all and release one or more songs before the blessed Eid Al-Adha.
