Hisham Al-Subat, president of Al-Hilal Sudanese Club, revealed that his club obtained the approval of the Sudanese authorities to hold our match against Al-Ahly in the African Champions League in the presence of 15,000 fans at the Blue Jewel Stadium.
Al-Sobat said, during statements to the “On Time Stadium” program on the On Time Sport channel: “We are waiting for CAF approval of the scheduled public attendance, especially with the Sudanese fans not attending the Al-Ahly match.
The head of the Sudanese Al Hilal club added: “We are waiting for Al-Ahly to arrive in its second country in Sudan, and there is full and comprehensive insurance for the match and for Al-Ahly’s mission during its stay in the city of Omdurman.”
Hisham Al Sobat continued: “Al Hilal is one of the candidates to reach the African quarter-finals, and I expect Al Hilal to reach the quarter-finals, and I cannot be certain of the identity of the second team that qualified with it for the quarter-finals.”
