Recently, John Tortorella was talked about. For what? Because he is… Wrong.
It was by leaving Sean Couturier aside that he got people talking. A month after naming the veteran as club captain, he removed him from his roster by refusing to speak with the media.
This therefore created a “Tortorella” situation as we often see.

Obviously, the situation caused some noise, but it also got people talking at TVA Sports. Why am I saying that? Because Michel Bergeron commented on the case and he did not hesitate to launch accusations against Tortorella.
We are talking here about accusations against French-speaking Quebecers. Sean Couturier is not from Quebec, but we understand his point.
What he says is that by remembering the stories concerning André Roy, Pierre-Luc Dubois, Anthony Duclair and there with Sean Couturier, we see that the coach often attacks the guys here.
You can listen to it in this excerpt, published on Twitter by the Info LNH site.

It’s true that these are four French people who played for him and who probably didn’t enjoy every second of their collaboration with the coach… but at the same time, Torts is stupid with everyone.
We can also give Martin St-Louis as a counterexample. The two have a very beautiful relationship.
Then, Michel Bergeron spoke about Daniel Brière, the Quebecer who is the boss of Tortorella. Bergeron thinks that Torts is taking advantage of the GM’s inexperience to give him a quick one.
He even questioned this:
The other thing I tell myself: Daniel Brière has just been named GM of the Philadelphia Flyers. I wonder to what extent Tortorella respects Daniel Brière… – Michel Bergeron
Note, on this subject, that Sean Couturier is in line to miss this evening’s match. However, I don’t know if the coach is picking on him because he is French-speaking or because he is playing badly.
In my opinion, Torts wants to win more than anything… but I could be wrong.
Sounds like Sean Couturier will once again be scratched tonight.

– Will the Jets finally make it to the final?
Only 5 franchises have never made a Stanley Cup Final appearance, currently only one of them is sitting in a playoff spot:
Winnipeg Jets/Arizona Coyotes
Minnesota Wild
Columbus Blue Jackets
Atlanta Thrashers/Winnipeg Jets
