If this situation continues for a long time, in case 9,000 retail businesses stop operating, the supply chain may be broken, affecting the economy.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Nam, Head of Business Policy Department – Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) said that there are many participants in the petroleum business. Besides, importing gasoline is not easy, while importing enterprises have to pay in USD with a very high exchange rate difference, while selling goods, they receive Vietnamese dong.
